  1. 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  3. u00bd teaspoon salt
  4. 1 pinch ground black pepper
  5. 3 tablespoons butter
  6. 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, gone liquid
  7. u00bd cup water
  8. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  9. 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  10. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 2 teaspoons chili powder
  13. 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  14. u00bd teaspoon celery seed
  15. 1 clove garlic, minced
  16. u215b teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  1. In a shallow dish or bowl, increase flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dome black pepper. Coat chicken breasts afterward flour mixture. Melt butter in a large skillet higher than medium heat, and brown chicken in this area all sides. sever from skillet, and drain more or less paper towels.
